Our practice operates on a fee-for-service model. We do require an active credit card be on-file prior to all appointments.
At this time, we do not accept insurance. We can, however, provide a detailed receipt, called a superbill. You can submit your superbill directly to your insurance company by using Reimbursify. Please consult with your insurance company for any questions about your plan prior to your visit.
Required to potentially establish care as a patient of GoodMind. Please plan for at least one hour of your time for this appointment.
These are very brief encounters. Please note the provider has up to 24 hours to respond to these message requests. Messages are best utilized when you are doing quite well and have no concerns and simply need a refill of medication. They are not intended for emergencies or significant medication changes.
These appointments occur every four weeks until stable on medication. It might take one or two follow-up appointments until we have your medication adjusted properly. Most often, these appointments require no more than 15 minutes of your time, but can sometimes go up to 30 minutes, depending on your concerns. Once stable, med checks are every three months or six months, as medically appropriate.

This service can be in addition to a psychiatric evaluation or for those who simply want genetic testing without any additional care as the results will be interpreted and given to you for your records.
If you choose to receive care after testing, a full psychiatric evaluation will also need to be completed.

Fees may be subject to change periodically. If our fees increase, we will provide you a 30-day notice to alert you of all the changes.
